In 2006 Australia finished second in their group behind Brazil and progressed to the knockout Round of 16 where they were beaten in controversial circumstances by eventual champions, Italy. Cape Town will play host to our group for this exciting part of the tournament and the city will be abuzz with all the action of the World Cup. Following on from a very successful 2005 trip, this tour takes in the final three One Day Internationals of the Chappell – Hadlee Series along with the 1st Test Match of the series at Wellington’s famous Basin Reserve. Along with some fantastic cricket, you will also have the pleasure of touring through this incredible country and visiting celebrated destinations including Rotorua, Queenstown, and spectacular Milford Sound.
