Sevens Rugby is back in Adelaide for 2010 and the 16 teams competing for the coveted prize will have one eye on the 2016 Olympics where the sport has been reinstated to the fold. As the fifth leg of the IRB Sevens World Series, Adelaide Oval will play host to a super weekend of this fast paced sport.
Since the tournaments inception in 2007, thousands of fans have witnessed sevens rugby at its best. South Africa has claimed the title in the past two years, while Fiji was the inaugural winner in 2007 with a victory over Samoa. With the action due to kick off in the evening on Friday 19th March, don’t miss your chance to be a part of this fantastic tournament!
