The Hong Kong Sevens Tournament is the spiritual home of rugby Sevens and now into its 33rd year it just keeps getting bigger and better. This competition has seen some of Rugby’s most famous names showcase their talent including Jonah Lomu, George Gregan, Ben Tune and Christian Cullen.
New Zealand continued an amazing run during the IRB Sevens World Series at Hong Kong last year as they defeated South Africa by 26 points to 12. The win saw the New Zealanders win the first five tournaments in the series, the first team to achieve this milestone.
Can the Kiwis repeat this performance or will the Australian team or another challenger take up the challenge – whatever the result with Australian Sports Tours packages, we will have you right there for all the action.
