SOCCEROOS QUALIFYING DRAW NOW RELEASED!   2010 FIFA World Cup Qualification Matches Australia’s draw is as follows: Away Games; Date Opponent Venue              10 September 2008 Uzbekistan                  TBA 19 November 2008 Bahrain TBA 11 February 2009 Japan TBA 6 June 2009 Qatar TBA   Home Games; Date Opponent              Venue          15 October 2008 Qatar TBA 1 April 2009 Uzbekistan TBA 10 June 2009 Bahrain TBA 17 June 2009 Japan TBA   In the event Australia finish first or second in their group, they will automatically qualify for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. In the event they finish third in their group, then they play the third ranked team in a play-off for the right to play the top-ranked team from Oceania for a place in the World Cup. If Australia finishes fourth or worse in their group, then they will fail to qualify
